Mission

It is the mission of the Office of the VP for Human Resources to create and maintain a good and healthy work environment that shall serve both employees and management in achieving CEFI's vision. The Office shall focus on sustaining the institution's employees at their best and providing reliable Human Resource services to them. Moreover, the Office shall bring optinum satisfaction to both management and employees, act as mediator, and build harmonious relationship at the workplace. The Office shall develop the full potential of employees by providing training and development for their career enhancement. The Office likewise aims to create competitive compensation and benefits packages for all employees.
